Mangement and Training Consulting Services

MIE now offers consulting services in management and training to the executive directors and managers of programs which provide civil legal services to the poor.

Management consulting services:

• executive director and manager personal coaching
• establishing an evaluation system for executive director and staff
• developing goals and processes for priority setting
• mission, values, outcomes processes
• designing an executive director hiring process
• consulting on board development matters
• consulting on collective bargaining and employment law matters
• referral to consultants on other topics.

Training services:

• assistance in designing program board and staff retreats
• assistance in designing program board and staff training
• program-wide, state and regional training development (e.g. modifications of Supervising Legal Work, Managers in the Middle, fundraising or other training).
